We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, just return the product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it to the same method of payment as your original payment.

Products we're unable to refund

Products of a medicinal, cosmetic, food & beverage or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged products.

 

How to return

Please complete the returns section on the despatch paperwork you have received with your order. Fill in your details and package the goods as best as you can.

Please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier.

 

Refund Policy

We aim to process all returns within 2-5 working days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned products have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
