This is the total price of delivery, regardless of how many items you order.

*A small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands do not qualify for standard delivery - £2.95. For these postcodes, the delivery charge is £4.95. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

 

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all UK delivery addresses with post codes.
Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses or international addresses.

 

Delivery Time

Most items are sent directly from our warehouse and arrive within 1-3 working days, but certain custom made and special products can take a bit longer, and ship times may vary depending on your order’s destination. To see exactly when your order is expected to arrive, check in on your My Orders page.

 

Bulk Goods

Orders that include bulky items are subject to special shipping terms and customers are advised that they may take longer to arrive than the estimated delivery times above and may arrive separately. These goods are only dispatched with special delivery service providers.

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order despatches, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order. We also list your tracking number with your order detail; click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.

 

Specific Delivery Requests

We have options within the checkout process for you to write a note to the courier asking them to leave the parcel in a specific place. This might be a garage, shed or a porch. It is up to the driver's discretion.
