Ordering
It’s easy and quick to place your order with us. Simply find the product(s) you would like to buy and click on the 'add to basket'. Once your basket holds everything you would like to order, simply click on 'checkout' to enter your delivery and payment details.

Just type the name into the search bar at the top of the page. When you enter an item name into the search bar, a drop-down menu will appear with the most related categories and products.
If a product that you are looking for cannot be located on our website, then it may be the case that we do not supply that specific product. Our new service helps you to request your brand or products by visiting ‘Contact Us' you can fill in the details required and submit your request.
To view the status of your order log into your account and visit your My Orders page to see exactly what stage your order is in on the way to you. We’ll also send you an email with tracking info when your order dispatch.
In some circumstances we may be able to change or cancel your order, so please Contact Us immediately. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Customer Account
You can still place orders with Pet Supplies Store without an account; however, having an account will make future orders more convenient for you. It will save you having to re-enter your personal details each time you order with us, and also allows you to view previous orders. Open an account here.

Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, simply click “My Account” on the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Click “Submit” and we’ll email you a link that will allow you to change your password. If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list or change your preference in ‘My Account’.

We offer a Standard UK delivery for all orders - £2.95.

We deliver to all UK delivery addresses with post codes.
Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or international addresses.
Most of our products deliver directly from our warehouse, but in some instances products are delivered to you directly from our suppliers. We ship orders via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, UPS, Evri, DPD and multiple local carriers.
Most items are sent directly from our warehouse and arrive to you in less than a week, but certain custom made and special products can take a bit longer, and ship times may vary depending on your order’s destination. To see exactly when your order is expected to arrive, check in on your My Orders page.
If you're out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
We send you your shipping notification email with the tracking number in a hyperlink to track your shipment when your order is shipped, but it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing the progress of your order. Please check back later to see your order moving.
We're sorry your items were damaged. Please Contact Us with your order number and we'll be happy to discuss whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, just return the product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it to the same method of payment as your original payment. No questions asked.
Products of a medicinal, cosmetic, food & beverage or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged products.
Please complete the returns section on the despatch paperwork you have received with your order. Fill in your details and package the goods as best as you can.
Just send the products back to Pet Supplies Store, Natural Mart Ltd, Returns department, Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham GL51 0TA.
Please obtain proof of postage. This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier.
We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt at our warehouse. You’ll get an email from us when the refund goes through. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to appear on an online statement.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and other major Credit/Debit Cards.
Our checkout process is verified by Shopify, so you can be sure your details are always safe with us.
When paying by credit/debit card, we don't charge you until your order dispatch. When you first place your order, we’ll process an authorisation for the full amount. An authorisation simply reserves the amount for when we do dispatch your order without taking the funds out of your account. Once your order dispatch, we’ll make the charge complete.
There can been several reasons why your card has been refused. For further details please contact your card issuer.
Vouchers
Shop as usual then proceed to checkout. During checkout you'll be asked to enter your voucher code if you wish to spend. After entering in the voucher code, your order will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the voucher. If there's any balance to pay, you can use a debit/credit card in the usual way.
If you find a voucher code is not working, please check how you have entered the code as they are case and space sensitive and try again. If you continue to experience any further difficulties, Please Contact us.
